Wholemeal sesame coriander bread

Yum
Oh, it's been an exciting week or so.  Our house is sold subject to contract!  My MRI came back clear and it's now been decided that I won't have any more MRIs! (If you want to know why I have MRIs, see here.)  We found a house that I love love love and we successfully bid for.  So fingers crossed that all goes well in the selling and buying process and we can get Roo a bedroom.

Anyway, in the meantime, a little recipe for you.  This is for the bread maker on a wholemeal setting. This makes a medium sized loaf that has a delicately nutty taste from the sesame and tahini.

200g Einkorn flour
200g strong bread flour
15g butter
300ml water
5g fast action yeast
1 tablespoon of tahini
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
a tablespoon of fresh coriander

Add your ingredients to the bread maker and let it do its thing.

Cover it in lashings of salted butter (or unsalted for the children) and enjoy.
