200g Einkorn flour
200g strong bread flour
15g butter
300ml water
5g fast action yeast
1 tablespoon of tahini
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
a tablespoon of fresh coriander
Add your ingredients to the bread maker and let it do its thing.
